Obviously in terms of financing, but Nanoviricides has claimed for years that they had sufficient cash to do testing, and yet they haven't. Claiming the lack of success is in ANYWAY caused by some imaginary short cabal is foolish. Nanoviricides has done exactly what Dr. Anil Diwan and Dr. Eugene Seymour set out for it to do.
