Bob, just a reality check. Why be negative? Don't you remember what it was like being an investor in this company back in June and July? Why am I so positive? The Nebraska fields provide a strong case for the efficacy of the EM Sounder. Management has efficiently managed the drilling and gas gathering process. The current estimate is that we have 23bcf of gas in a structure that only occupies 10% of the 25,000 acre lease. We have drilled nine wells in Neb and all nine are producers. We are in discussions with BR, UPR and KNE(?) regarding exploration agreements. We are pursuing global agreements with several countries and some OPEC members. We will be a reporting company with income in Q1/98. We have 14 more wells slated for Neb. Why wouldn't I be positive about how things are going? NAMX is finally coming into its own. It has been a tough road, but it is slowly unfolding through the efforts and skill of Paul, Deborah Peppers and Dr. Stamm. marty,the positive snake
