Negative, as I recall... The Merced project is so similarly ambitious that it does not fit the real [silicon] estate on 0.25um technology. That's why it was shifted into non-existent 0.18um. Architecturally, the product of few sick "paranoidal" and arrogant brains confined in secret Intel's laboratories, without any ways to discuss the new untested ideas with the world, cannot be good.
