The name of the game in the stock market is to make money. Who cares whether it is manipulated or not? I wouldn't ( and couldn't) do that because I don't have enough money to do so and if I did, I have better things to do with my life than go to prison. After all, I am not the government.
Why do you create obstacles for yourself to make money in the market? Should we change the name of the NYSE to the moral NYSE? Does it really make a difference how one makes money in the stock market? Money is money, profits are profits, whether it comes from the Dow, Russell 2000, Mid Caps, Gold or whatever.
Please give me the Real Man ten commandments for the stock market.
My first commandment is don't lose your shirt, no big drawdowns. Second commandment, diversify a bit and make money.
The NYSE is not a Church or moral sanctuary, it is a den of wolves all trying to make money. And you are concerned about manipulation? News flash: you are in the wrong house.
