Yes, exactly. It's why they throw temper tantrums and try to enable coups when they lose elections. They don't understand how free and fair elections work. If they could, they've move to a Chinese style election farce, where they can declare themselves President for life. That's why Bernie and the other Socialists love Venezuela so much. What a raging success that has been.
