Riley G.

Good morning sir.

My name is Dan Brown Vice-President Y2C Inc.. I am sending this E-mail to
you as you have been involved with the Cetacean Industries "CTAE BB" stock
both here on your own site but also on the SI. This is to inform you that
as of 2pm 14th Jan. 1998 Y2C Inc. has withdrawn from the shareholders
agreement with Cetacean Industries.

I followed (or lurked) as you people say on SI, the CTAE and your RMIL
threads, it has been quite an education. I learned a valuable lesson and
education from you and the rest, that you have to do your own due diligence.

I followed the CTAE thread until it died a slow death, and then watched in
fascination through thousands of posts ( yes I became a RMIL junkie) what
was occuring on the RMIL thread. It was through the RMIL posts that I
learned how to do proper due diligence, on the people, companies and
history of our prospective bride and bridesmaids. I would like to thank you
and the rest of the people on the RMIL thread for the education.

Y2C Inc. is an engineering firm that was started by a small committed team
of people who believed in themselves, their products and what they set out
to achieve. With or without the cash infusion we have succeeded in winning
two contracts for the Year 2000. It takes longer, and yes we are still
looking for an investor, but with a new appreciation of what happens in the
world of investment.

In closing, let me say that I wish all the Yea's the best in your
investment or dreams in RMIL. It is your Investment and NO ONE has the
right to tell you what to do. GO Joey, Go RMIL>>>>>>>

The Nay's <NEXT>.

Riley G.If you want to post this message please feel free to do so, just
don't post
my e-mail address, I don't want the likes of XXXXXXXXXX e-mailing me again,
to get info on my company. In a less than honest fashion.
