NEXT SCHEME IN THIS SCAM UNFOLDS. They are doing a dilution to these shares every few months as they choke for cash with an excessive burn rate. WHO IS EATING FAT LUNCHES OUT OF YOUR POCKET?

They just loaned the next $5 mil. (to burn) with an interest of 13% (loan sharking) PLUS "WARRANTS" to further dilute the common shares. They do not give the specifics as to how many warrants. They also get a MENU as to which shares they can aquire Texas regional or ACTV.

If you cannot see this scam you are BLIND. They keep printing stock as if it were TRASH with no value. Of course they know the truth that the stock is not worth the paper it is printed on.

BTW am I hearing the new target date at the end of Jan, NO, The end of Feb, NO the end of Mar. What a game.

FOLKS! If you are being tempted to invest in this scam do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to put your money. Put in the effort to read the posts back and your better judgement will tell you DON"T GET YOURSELF INTO THIS QUICKSAND.
