Products are only one part of the overall success of a company. Exactly. Like that expression you've probably heard about Microsoft -- it doesn't lead the parade; instead, it sees where the parade is going and then jumps in front, shoves the leader out of the way, and marches on. Sounds mean, but you'd do it, too, if you could!
