Libel HAS NOT been proved, and misleading others by management has been proved...you two-faced cretin promoter!!!! Both parties seem to have agreed to drop the suit without anything being proved. Did the SEC drop their action....I think not. As for your desciption of my past you forget that I did admit my incorrect prediction of a previous PRST legal action and apologized.
