That's been my experience, too. Years later, killed off the Lyme's by accident. Was kept on high anti-biotic dosage, for several years, to better control almost constant sinus infections. Much later test confirmed it killed the Lyme's.

Add good diet, supplement regime (cited by many posters here), moderate exercise, pure water, plus lots of rest, and general health slower improved thereafter.

Probably lucky to still be alive at 74.
