National Law Review: Summary of Mudrick-Globalstar Litigation Hi! Apparently the few posts I've made since re-joining earlier in August (after some years away) were deleted because they contained "links" - which evidently aren't allowed for "new posters" during an interim period. Understandable. Anyway - FYI: the National Law Review has posted a useful summary regarding the Mudrick-Globalstar litigation that recently took place in Delaware's Court of Chancery.
