Earning for the Q just posted infobeat.com I agree with you. The key to STAR is reversing the same store sales slide 3% and 6% down in 96 and 97 respectively ! From personal experience the food is still good but exitement with visiting Lone Star has gone. Novelty has gone ...... Service is slower also. The company did a terrible job at the last conference call showing they know how to fix the problem. I wanted to call them and tell them how to handle how they came across but don't know who is the best contact. It would be great if we could find an easy way to make an investor survey on what STAR should change to get back on the right track and then feed it to the co. That would be a proactive way of helping the co. we all own in a small way. Any ideas ? AM
