SAIC, a major GCCS contractor through the DEIS program, has signed an agreement to resell Systems of Excellence's video teleconferencing gear. SAIC will introduce Systems of Excellence's desktop video teleconferencing system, the DVTCS 3000 Ultra. SAIC will provide up to 1,500 units within the next 10 months, according to a spokesman for Systems of Excellence. Systems of Excellence has made the federal market a key business focus. The company last month acquired ICMX Federal Systems, a federal desktop video teleconferencing vendor. Systems of Excellence has already installed video teleconferencing equipment at the Library of Congress.
