| | | If a prosecutor wants to squeeze a defendant into flipping against someone else, the guilty plea document typically contains a cooperation clause that requires the guilty guy to cooperate with the prosecutors.
The degree of cooperation, under this clause, determines in great measure the severity of the sentence the gov’t will seek.
There is no cooperation clause in Cohen’s guilty plead document. Compare Cohen’s document and part no. 8 of Flynn’s plea agreement in which cooperation is mandated.

Cohen, unlike Flynn, has said nothing about cooperating with the Feds. Flynn is not cooperating, even though he agreed to because, in Strozk’s exact words, “there is no there, there.” Agreeing to cooperate for Flynn was not a big deal as there is nothing he can add even if he cooperates.
Lol!
It’s a joke.
The most investigated President in history and nothing.
Lanny Davis walked back all his lies.
And now even NYT (!) reporting that Bruce Ohr via his wife was conduit for Steele’s dossier FBI used to obtain FISA warrants even after FBI fired Steele.
But Hillary gets a pass from Comey. Her breach (and Abedin’s) swept under the rug, and the FBI had them dead to rights.
But, hey, she was the designated next Prez.
Deplorable are watching. They’ll strike The Swamp at midterms.
All the ghastly (lol) news gets walked back, and Trump’s popularity remains steady.
That, ladies and gents, is a major clue even the most virulently TDS-afflicted should consider. |
