Hi all,

Apologies if this is the wrong home for this question but I'm new and can't create subjects yet.

So here's my scenario....

I've identified a private company with KPIs common to high-growth companies which I think has a strong chance of going public in coming years...
Question 1....how do I invest/ buy "shares" in this company?

Question 2...what will happen to the value of my investment IF the company does indeed go public in the future?

Many thanks in advance.
