Rob, management knows that this is a momentum stock. They will sneak out when there is some news and the stock pops up in high volume. I am pretty sure that TPRO will eventually land a mickey mouse contract somewhere with a major company and the stock will pop up. That will provide a window of opportunity for momentum players to sneak out. I hate to come back to this B-Tree subject again but it's an easy example to illustrate the "scheme". B-Tree was able to sell 3 test systems to my company for 150K, they make absolutly no money considering the cost of the hardware, time and money flying back and forth, training sessions, engineering support, phone bill. But now on their "resume", they can make claim that they have a major medical firm as their customer. They are now repackaging that same system that they've sold to my company and claim that this is a Y2K testing tool. The test equipment is basically a logic analyzer (poorly done and expensive) but by repackaging and changing the documentation, they can either claim as a Y2K tool or a medical test equipment. Do you see the picture? HP and Tektronix make better logic analyzers but they never claim it to be a Y2K tool. So if B-Tree goes public now, you can see that the stock will go to a moonshot. Similarly, if TPRO lands a minor contract with a well known Fortune 500 company, the stock will also go to a moonshot. It doesn't matter if TPRO makes money or not. This is a momentum stock, I tell you. As long as you know that, then you're OK. I just feel sorry for folks who will own this stock above 7 and left holding the bag after the momentum players have run away. Especially those poor folk who invest in this hot air balloon with their IRA or life savings. I see in other boards that some people are believing this stock will go to $30-$40 !!! All based on some outrageous claim by guys like TM who estimate that the company will make $3.00 EPS in 1999. That's more than Microsoft and a little bit less than Intel!!! Man if this company makes $3.00 EPS, the funds should jump hand and feet into this stock right now.
