"Incorrect prediction" hardly does justice to what you did and claimed on this thread, and sorry helps, but not much when you describe the actions for which you're sorry as a simple "incorrect prediction."
There was a settlement and The Gang can't do it any more, and, according to you, paid something for legal fees. Ivan Lustig's case was described as "Counts I and II Dismissed With Prejudice." What is it they can't do any more? Eat a lot? It was very puzzling, I must say, when you described them as big eaters, or consumers of something or other.
You still haven't noticed what is happening to this company? Alliances? Patents? New products? Awards? All that "excess" capacity at Catalina? Wake up, Steve!
