Barry...have you listened to the conference call? The thoughts of Chapter 11 and discussions of Chapter 11 come from impressions of the conference call. It appeared to me that J.A. was trying to condition shareholders for the possibility of restructuring (Chapter 11?) being a strong possibility.

Question to all...Would it be legally possible for J.A. to be the "investor"? If so, after defaulting on the loan, wouldn't all the company assets then be assigned to him? Could he "buy" the company this way for 25 million?
