Hardware support only like if something failed that what tech support is. No software support at all not even their software. I had a a problem with the hard drive drop sensor it was preventing Windows from loading, MS helped me out Lenovo said they would not help me. About a month passed when a new update came out for the sensor MS told me about the patch and I installed it and fixed the problem. Lenovo didn't want to help me at all. Like I said at that time there was support on hardware failures only, no software support of any kind. Very rude tech support, including a call to their team leader, he was a total ass hole to me. Thats when I would never buy their products again, so I went to Toshiba and now MSI and Dell.
