Now I see how easy it is to create another Venezuela up here.

1. Halt oil sales, exploration, and production in a country with vast reserves.
2. Ruin a good, longstanding trade relationship with the largest economy in the world.
3. Increase income taxes to over 50% of income. If you include gst, pst, Lst, fuel tax, excise tax, and others you are over 70%.
4. Increase deficits annually.
