It's especially noteworthy that we at SI pretty much knew about the profitability for the quarter before the analysts clued in. Cool, kind of reminds me of The Motley Fool's fairy tale story about Iomega, how Fools were driving to visit the company to make sure people were working on Sunday. I think the people here on SI are extremely knowledgable and do a far better job than the so called experts in deciphering issues and events surrounding Apple. We dispelled the Iacocca rumor while everyone else were still screaming that he will become the CEO. Take another quick look at posts on Dec 5th starting post #6625 Message 2884180 Phil was predicting profit in the 0.05-0.25 range..!! Greg predicted a 0.21 profit. I was off with a 0-0.08 profit estimate but I am amazed that many things that was said came true. in post #6626 Message 2884476 Okay enough patting myself on the back. I just dislocated my shoulder.<g> Eric
