Stan, don't get me wrong, I'm just gonna make a point and I'm not trying to slam you. If you were about to have a baby and you have a pretty good idea it is going to be very healthy and wise, would you sell your baby to someone who has many children and tells you they have more experience and know how to raise your child better than you? Just an analogy to let you know that Joe and Frank (especially) want to control their own future. That is why they've decided they don't even want any venture capital - it means giving up some control. They wanna live the fun and the sweat of this new venture! Good idea tho. Mitch
