A simple sentence... ok, let me try to explain it like this.
I call the company asking for financials. The company tells me about financials and how they'll be coming out. I say fine, I hang up.
Someone else calls, saying that they want to invest, but they want to see the financials. The IR firm lets it slip that there will be press releases, very positive ones, coming out in the next week. Now what you're telling me is, that this information will not sway the investor one way or another to act upon something like this. When I called, I got no mention of press releases, and this person did. Why? Because these people said they wanted to invest. This has happened more than once with this company, and although I love what they're doing for the product line, I don't like the way they've been handling the financial aspects of this company.
