TO ALL..... NUZA filed for extension of 10k/10q fiscal 1996 report as of sept.27. extension is good for 2 weeks and they are expecting to file it within those period....latest reports indicates a LOSS FOR FISCAL '96 is:: >>>>>>>> NET OPERATING LOSS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 1996 OF APPROXIMATELY $1,200,000.<<<<< this loss is unaudited confirmed based on SEC filing as of 9/27/96 my conclusion is there will be an upward momentum on stock prices for the next few weeks.....the currently stock price reflects the loss for the year already, so this will stabilized the stock itself and will support any upward trend.....especially with more GOOD NEWS that will be release for the next 3 months concerning about future stores and mergers... the stock is undervalue at the moment...expect to hit atleast .60 cent a share before the end of the year......expect to hit $1.50 range by the end of june...... note: expect to have a breakeven for 1st qrt. of '97 (might show a meager net profits) which end on sept. 96 then profitable net earnings for each quarters should follows until the end of fiscal '97 just a thought... foOLish eL......
