Doug, Realized that Michael was at the seminar after your post jogged my memory. I'm terrible with names/faces! re GTAX -- the best ACT I can find gives room down to below 6 for GTAX to fall. Working on possible ILs too. I'll have to do this later when I have more time. -dave
