I received a call back from Mike Conroy today and a response to my e-mail to LifeServ...
1) Expect the next earnings report around the 9th of FEB, but unfortunately this was about it from my call. Nothing new seems to be going on -he didn't seem too talkative so I kept it short.
2) I received an e-mail back from LifeServ about the trade show request. Shane said he will reserve an entrance badge for me and is looking forward to meeting shareholders. However, this is more of a networking show than a product show for LifeServ as this paragraph explains(from e-mail):

"The HIMSS show is a small one for us in that it is primarily a
networking opportunity for vendors. This is a show for Information
System Professionals, not clinicians. We will have all of our products represented, but on a limited basis. This show is attended by CIO's and IS managers, not traditionally the people that buy or appreciate clinical systems, but they often are involved in the implementation or decision process on a limited basis. This is a show where we, as a Company, look at the technologies available to make our products better and more successful. We often form partnerships as a result of this meeting."

Thats all I have to report...sorry there isn't more.
Lets see what the Q report looks like in 3 weeks.
Cash flow is the key, as it looks like they have the products to be successful.
