Little more difficult call. If you're in Iraq and at a FOB, it is less of a benefit than a necessity. Or for that matter, at Camp Victory (which at least one soldier preferred over going out for a nice steak dinner), you don't really have a choice, although there were food establishments like Bk, McDs, KFC, etc., for those who wanted it). |
