The fundamentals look very good - strong growth in sales and earnings, they took on some debt but are leveraging it well, the return on sales, equity, and other measures are improving and look great and they pay a dividend to boot! - which is highly unusual for a company that is growing at such a high rate.

The only negatives I see on the surface is that a lot of their recent strength is apparently due to sales to Gateway 2000 for their multimedia entertainment systems. However, they are also riding the trend of convergence of home entertainment and PCs and the rising tide of the baby boomers who are near full employment and have cash to spend on luxury items. A posible risk factor is if the economy goes into a recession due to hte Asian crisis as luxury spending will be one of the first things to be cut from consumers' budgets.

Another negative is that few analysts cover the stock, it has a low capitialization so institutions won't pay much attention to it, and the average share volume is very low. It has tended to move up each quarter on better than expected earnings but then has plataued out until the next good news comes out - still a good general upward trend.

I think that BOSA looks like a great buy.
