During the 2010 dispute with Zenyatta,( miningwatch.ca ) the CLFN sought an injunction that would prevent Zenyatta from further drilling on their traditional lands.

Zenyatta refused to meet with the CLFN right up until the date the application was to be heard.

After he realized the jig was up, AE worked out an agreement with the CLFN. That agreement covers ONLY the exploration stage on the property.
If ZEN ever announces that it is moving to the PFS stage, the agreement is cancelled and MUST be renegotiated for ZEN to proceed.

Here is what Chief Arthur Moore had to say about the deal with Zenyatta: minesandcommunities.org
"All mining and mineral exploration companies need to know that while Constance Lake First Nation does not oppose this kind of activity in our traditional territory, such activity can only happen if it is done right. This means our rights and the land and our relationship to the land need to be fully respected"

We now know that ZEN's "benign" Caustic Process has been abandoned in favor of using an "ACIDIC FLUORIDE LEACH".

This new process was announced to the public on July 16, 2018 - four days after the resignation of Brian Davey. (an original member of the BOD and Zenyatta's liaison with the CLFN) - NOT A COINCIDENCE.

Do Zenners really believe that the CLFN will go along with the transport, storage, processing and disposal of Hydrofluoric Acid, Ammonia and Hydrochloric Acid on their "traditional territory"?
