Prophet, Date Earnings 09/30/97 0.08 06/30/97 -0.38 03/31/97 -0.38 12/31/96 -0.19 09/30/96 -3.76 06/30/96 0.09 03/31/96 -4.65 12/31/95 -5.05 Shares Outstanding: 10,369,000 Market Value: 2,430,000 This was as of 01/02/98 I have a call into the Company, 10 or 12 mil for a "Lottery Ticket" ain't sht. Personaly if these #s are correct, and as indicated they seem to be getting better, they are being bamboozeld into a split that brings to Mind Myerson or Shtfield & Dump. Seems to me that if they were to effect a small stock buyback of a few million shares (we are not exactly talking the National debt here) it would increase the Value and confidence for the holders. Avoid the 30% hit they will most surely incour if the split goes thru. But for what it's worth, from what I've been able to dig up so far, they don't seem all that sold on this Reverse thing. I'll let you know what I find out. For now, I bought a bit yesterday and could be a bigger buyer once I get a handle, or with no handle, outa here. rt
