The best stove I ever used is a mid btu commercial stove/oven I ordered online. I now get most stuff via Restaurant Depot. Not that hard to get a membership and if one person in the family does not have self employed status ( small business) find somebody that does. They are under $1500 and are superb weighing in at near 600 lbs.

Do not get the high btu model as you will require serious venting.

From a dishwasher standpoint I've always found that over the years that those I used that were not built in were quieter and lasted years longer. Of course this is not what most people want in their kitchen. Fortunately both Ms Shootie and I like the idea of a commercial looking kitchen.

NFS (National Food Safety) products are superior to big box products and are priced reasonably.
