you will have to get answer from someone else, may be a daytrader. I don't even watch bid/ask sizes RT, though I have data. My period of concentration is not in minutes. But in days. What do you see from a 5min, 1day, chart. By the time you get this sizes have changed 5-6 times. looks like you got a breakout needs volume.
