CNBC said the downgrade/removal was based on ONLY January orders; yes, it could just be a monthly blip. But, given the overall picture IMHO it's just another nail. I would be inclined to shoot first & take a body count later. RESEARCH ALERT - ADC Telecom(ADCT.O) cut =3 -- SoundView strategist also removed shares of Tellabs Inc (TLAB.O) and Lucent Technologies Inc (LU.N) from his large-cap focus list, citing signs of slower spending by regional bell operating companies (RBOCs). -- ADC tumbled 7-7/16 to 28-9/16, topping Nasdaq's list of most active stocks. -- Tellabs fell 2-3/8 to 48-7/8 and Lucent slipped 2-5/16 to 76-1/16.
