Trakker, my memory may be bad. But I remember IOMG announcing
1 mils Zip drive sold in 1995, more than 2 mils near the end of Q2, and
now more than 3 mils. (I'll check my records to make sure).

Zip, Jaz, Ditto totalled more than 2 mils in 1Q96, and now is more than
5 mils. Of course, "more than" 5 mils could mean 5.1 or 5.8 mils. I think
trying to predict EPS based on these numbers will be risky - since costs
are still unknown. However, based on the number of unit shipped, we
can conclude that demands have not slowed much if at all, even during
slow summer months.

If Jaz accounts for a major portion of total unit shipped in Q3, we may be
in for a nice surprise. But I am just assuming and resigning to the fact that
Q3 results will be very bad, and a good potential for negative surprise. I
hope others have learned not to expect too much in the shorterm.

How's that coming from one of IOMG 's biggest bulls? I'll save my bragging
for 1998.
