Yes, you are correct. Buts... I was wishing what "could" have been. Romney, of course, would have done a much better job than Obama.

In fact, even a trained blind squirrel would have done a better job than Obama. A blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while! Obama found NONE! Sadly President Trump is finding out that Obama planted plenty of nuts throughout our government!
