Ah, I was aware of that suit. I am sure we will disagree on this, but I see absolutely no relation.

Bill said they would not require Explorer to be installed for Win95 to work as had been the case in the past. He complied with that request, but from what I read this morning, the complaint in the new suit says that even if you 'uninstall' explorer the core files remain.

If you think that compares to a CEO who knowingly (or should have known) distributes grossly overstated financial projections, that's your opinion. I don't see it that way.
