E-Data GIFT "THE" Internet Patent. Waiting for a court date for the Markamn Hearing. There WILL be a Markman Hearing. So the WILL be a date set. Judge's can't let a case "age" forever. The stock will mooove on news of the : Date; approach of the Markman Hearing; during the Hearing AND with the Decision as a result of the hearing. I expect a VERY positive result. Mel
