My sister-in-law is a Dev Mgr at AMCC, and when I saw her a couple weeks ago, she was surprised (and happy) of the recent run from about 10 to 14 (IPO'd at 8). But there's no news during the runup - except today they announced a new Exec team member. Looks like an up & comer to me, but do your DD. -Bruce
