Of course, RBC knows, or should know that NAND is just one part of WDC revenues and earnings. So the rest doesn't count? What's interesting to me is that the RBC focus on NAND suggests reduced demand for smartphones, and if true, that could reverberate to NAND customers, such as Apple and Samsung. Even if true, what is the impact of continued rapid growth in the use of NAND (and hard drives) in enterprise and cloud servers? RBC doesn't address that issue at all, making me believe that their opinion and the reaction on the market price of WDC is unjustified.

Currently I'm not invested in WDC, but it's beginning to look like one of the better prospects in a beaten down tech sector.
