Larry, one subjective comment: with a spread like that, it's no wonder that new investors don't want to play. The lack of electronic trading lets the MM screw investors each way. The NAXOF volume should only support a spread of 1/8-1/4 in any market. I wouldn't be surprised if the stock was being churned just for the benefit of the MM. Since nobody can figure out why the stock moves, maybe it's just MM engineering.
