Has anyone else seen the note listed by the CDA/Investnet Insider Watch (Oct 1, 1996). Insiders at GATE have been selling shares. 228,655 by 4 execs @ between $37 - $40. Two more insiders sold 229,508 between 7/31 and 8/6 for $40 - 42. Chairman Waitt is also listed as selling 200,000 shares. CDA lables this as a "heads-up" and rates it as significant insider trading. Is there something going on here that the rest of us should be aware of? Certainly nothing wrong with their selling shares, but a trend seems to be suggested that deserves watching.
