Douglas G. Welnetz,

My first impression of the news is the same yours.

Compared to the off-shore financing that is in place at present (and will be retired now)this is significantly better. The present financing over time, most likely, would have created more dilution. This, my expectation is that would also tend to stabilize the share price to some extent. I am sure Tom Waite would hate to see others paying less than he is paying for his shares.

So under the circumstances they, most likely, could not have gotten any outside financing at much better terms. And these guys running the company sure would like to see their investment go up in value. Most importantly, unlike the off-shore investors, these guys will have to file with SEC befor they can sell.

It will be interesting to see where the price will eventually stabalize.
