Henry, I guess an easy way of saying it is that one share sold and bought is counted as a vol of 2 (same share counted twice). Where as on the American and NYSE this is not true.
Tony, the good is that the overhang of cheap shares should be soon drained. Now buyers much go to a "real" supply and demand environment.By the way, F has not filed yet. The SEC requires that any change of position must be reported by the end of the first week of the following month that transactions take place.
