Tom, Elliot created his own problems by deleting dupe files with norton uninstaller. I have said this many times here and on the list. Uninstaller programs are not for layman but for experienced users that understand the implications of what they have done. Stuff like norton crashguard is useless and ends up causing more problems... Sean
