It could very well be that most of the SI readers are simply out of money. I agree with you in that once Joe started posting he was coming out with a plan to support the stock price you would have thought we would have seen a steady price increase. I know Joe is perplexed as we are. One thing I am convinced of is many of the shares have been purchased by short term traders and those that flip back and forth between other BB stocks. The number of shares in long term investors hands is increasing but slowly. If you look at the DCI's chart over the last 2 years its evident the price moves up and down between $1.25-$4.00. What we need is a nice steady slow move up. This would eliminate the impatient short termers.

If in fact we see a stock buyback program from the company we would have a steady move upward without the wild swings. In a stock buy back program, the company is not permitted to purchase any shares at the ask. They or their representative simply stay onthe bid. The result is a steady acquisition of the supply. As long as they stay on the bid the price can not drop. If Joe sticks to his schedule as stated in his last post then I would say the bid is near or at the bottom now. IMO any plan that involves $1.5 million or more should provide good solid support at this level. If Joe would throw more cash in the plan then we could move back to the $3.50-$4.00 range and hold.

Best Regards
