All: I believe that "released without prejudice" allows the released party to be called on to the carpet again, if need be. The reason, IMHO that the tension has risen on this thread is as follows: Shorts- All the aces have been played, what will they find to cry about as memory fades and profit soars. They reaaally want to cover one more time. Longs-News, News and more news yet the damn thing won't start. Time is on our side. SG
