my point was simple it is a boilerplate filing to a routine loan.. that lets the small investor know what is going on with their stock.. since they do technically own the company.
as far as holden goes.. he can read.. that much we know.. :0)
bottom line this is fairly insignificant except that ownership of the company could change if they don't come up with cash to repay..
this also is ahead of the hunt's loan.. which makes the hunts a subordinated debenture.. and the hunts get before we do.. so where does that leave us?
