Dear Bruce: Iwant to take this opportunity to thank you personally for your post.I can't emphasize enough my concern for my shareholders.I don't want to see them diluted! The offering,which is aback up position,as stated at the Dayton meeting,would in all probably be a preferred instrument.Several shareholders at said meeting suggested that I go to my shareholders first and I will take that into consideration.Rana ,as stated at that meeting,is still very much in the picture,however,that may take some time and I want to keep the momentum going.Ther is no dilution to our shareholders since I stated that we would be distibuting about 2 to 3 shares for every DCI share held. We were going to keep the residual.Therefore, any acquitions would eat into the residuals not the DISTRIBUTION! Best Joe
