Dwight, the total absence of insider buying, coupled with the substantial insider selling tells me that insiders don't have any more confidence than I or Joe do at this point in time. I think they're all taking a wait and see attitude...and based on the selling, with a doubtfull bias. It sure would be a simple thing to do, a few of em put their money where there mouths are. I mean this is a sure bet, right...or am I reading them wrong. The real story with this company seems painfully obvious.

The time to buy Novell, is as the insiders start to buy. That will probably be the first sign of a turnaround in the stock price. It may not be my business what the DR does with his money (as he has stated when asked about purchasing stock), but when he or other Novell execs buy, I'll assume they have the news in the bag to support an upturn in the stock price. It would appear that insiders don't feel this is the case yet or they'd be buying...not selling. Whose gonna let a sure bet, or even a likely bet get away from them.
