I don't think she died from that leak in her bedroom ceiling (lung fungus infection.) I think it was another factor. I had toxic mold in my house back in 2000, cost 40 grand to repair it, had to rip out a lot of drywall and insulation that went moldy. I had a contractor that specializes in mold abatement do the work, then my brother and I rebuilt the place.
